(New!) TSAS Poster Track at ACM SIGSPATIAL 2024 Call for Participation
We are thrilled to invite you to the TSAS Poster Track at ACM SIGSPATIAL 2024. If your research article has been accepted for TSAS in 2023 or 2024, you are eligible to present your work in the form of a poster at a poster session during the conference. ACM SIGSPATIAL 2024 provides an excellent opportunity to connect with peers, industry leaders, and experts in the field. Make the most out of this opportunity and expand your professional network.
Eligibility
We invite you to present a recently accepted paper to the ACM Transactions on Spatial Algorithms and Systems (TSAS) journal to the ACM SIGSPATIAL conference in the form of a poster. This is a chance to present and discuss your journal paper with the SIGSPATIAL community and conference attendees. All submissions must satisfy the requirements below:
- The article must have been accepted for publication in TSAS in 2023 or 2024. This includes Volume 9 Issues 1-4, and Volume 10 Issues 1-3.
- The article must not be an extension of a paper previously published at another conference, symposium, or workshop.
- The article has not been presented as a poster in any conference before.
- At least one author of the article will register for the ACM SIGSPATIAL conference and attend in-person to present the poster.
- The topic of the article must be relevant to the ACM SIGSPATIAL conference as indicated in the SIGSPATIAL CFP
Due to limited space, the organizers might need to limit the number of posters accepted. Priority will be given to submissions on a first-come-first-served basis..
Submission Guidelines
Submit your poster through the following EasyChair link Provide the author names, paper title, abstract, and keywords. Please also include the DOI of the accepted article.
Poster Format and Size
The posters should adhere to the same requirements of the ACM SIGSPATIAL conference poster instructions appearing on the conference web page.
Deadlines
Submission Deadline: October 15, 2024
Registration Policy
The acceptance of the poster requires the registration of the presenter.
