Registration
Registration to the SIGSPATIAL 2024 conference comes with a free one-year SIGSPATIAL membership. As a member, you can optionally join our low-volume email list for the earliest official SIGSPATIAL announcements and other opportunities. SIGSPATIAL members receive reduced registration costs for our annual conference. If you are already an ACM member, we will add SIGSPATIAL to your membership. If you are not an ACM member, you will receive an affiliate membership in SIGSPATIAL. If you are already a SIGSPATIAL member, this option will not affect your membership. The free, one-year memberships will not auto-renew, and they will begin after our 2024 conference, so joining in this way will not qualify you for the reduced registration cost this year.

Cancellation Policy
For cancellations up to and including Oct. 15, 2024 there will be a charge of $40. In case of a cancellation afterwards, the total registration fee will be retained and no refunds will be made. However, substitutions may be made at any time at no charge. In the case of a substitution, you will need to log into the registration system and insert the name of the substitute person. If you are the only author registered for your paper, there is NO cancellation after the camera ready copy and the copyright form of your paper has been submitted (you can still transfer the registration to another author). Changes and cancellations must be sent in written form to the registration chairs:
